Well the idea is to correlate the messages using an Activity ID.
Hence, multiple messages which are related can have the same Activity ID,
whereas, the message ID is unique for each message.
Note also that the client and the service has to use the right Activity ID.
This is because, the related act ivies are "business logic level" activities
that we are talking about here. We generate one, only if the client/service
did not use one, to help us give some meaning to those messages that did not
have an AID.
