He's reusing the serializer implementations available in the mediator UI
bundles. That's easier and more maintainable than writing a new set of
serializers for the ESB Eclipse tool. AFAIK he's not using any JSP stuff
from the mediator UI bundles. The UI of the tool is entirely based on native
Eclipse APIs.
