[Architecture] Multiple values for properties in registry

A row for the property key, and column names as values.... column values
remain empty...

"property_name" : [ { "property_value1" : "" } , { "property_value2" : "" }
, { "property_value3" : "" } ...... ]

It seems trivial to implement, even if properties allow multiple values....
or am I missing something?
