Steps:
--------
1. Create an IS war (is.war)
2. Configure and deploy it in WAS
3. Access IS admin console.
4. Go to Home  > Identity  > Sign-up  and click "Sign-up with Self-issued Information Card"


Issue:

When you try infor card sign-up it gives an error saying, "Error while loading user registration fields". (see the attachment).
