This is because the services are not properly configured for those transports... but I think you should correct this issue dropping JMS transport... :-)
JMS transport doesn't require any configurations and enabling this at the global level wont affect the services.
Ideally we should always deploy the services specifying the set of transports for those services to be deployed. Anyway this issue will not block this release hence lowering the priority
