After being validated by multifactor authentication and signed in a message which says 'Invalid Credentials' pops-up

Steps:
--------
1. Configure MA a without enabling 'the use of pin number for authentication.', 
2. Sign-in using openID url
3. Give the correct password
4. Say 'Y' to the massage that pops-up from the messenger.
5. Approve the profile and move on.

Issue:
---------
After you are signed-in, if you click on 'Multifactor Authentication' menu option, with the MA UI it gives a message which says 'invalid credentials' (see the attachment)
