Thanks for looking into it.
Let me mention again here also about this type of error, that builder
machine has reported earlier. There were two occasions [1,2] same type of
error reported against two other config files.
Those two were fixed by setting overwrite property to true in p2.inf with
regard to those config-files. And the errors was not reported after that.
The error was not reproducible locally at those two occasions though. As we
have discussed , this might have been caused by building without running
clean in builder machine.
When I saw the above error has been reported related
to cloud-services-desc.xml at IS product build during the weekend, I
applied the same fix as I have mentioned in .
But seems like either it is not the proper fix this time or the svn commit
has not reflected in the builds.
