[Carbon-dev] Carbon restart when deployed on separate appserver

There is a small issue in implementing this. I was planning to uninstall the
server-admin bundle during activation, if it is running within another Web
server. However, that cannot be done, since the server-admin component
contains other stuff, such as the information shown on the home page etc.

So the solution is to introduce another bundle that will contain only the
shutdown & restart functionality. I'm having difficulty of coming up with a
name for that component. org.wso2.carbon.server.shutdownrestart doesn't look
good. Can somebody suggest a good name for this?
