[Carbon-dev] Error while building carbon core on trunk

Yeah, trunk has all sorts of build issues. I kept sending mails. Now people
have figured out all sorts of workarounds to get this thing to build just
to get their work done.

After M3 migration, it seems the trunk is unusable :(
