[Carbon-dev] Java Service Wrapper is buggy

When we first started using Java Wrapper we looked at alternatives.
I believe there is an Apache commons equivalent and a couple of others.
http://commons.apache.org/daemon
This looks like an option:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/yajsw/
Not sure this has everything we need:
http://launch4j.sourceforge.net/
Also JSW has improved but not under the Apache License.
