[Carbon-dev] Using CSG under multi tenanted environment and queues

The primary aim of CSG component is to use it in a multi-tenanted
environment like Stratos.

Since Queue is a shared resource when we publish a service in a
multi-tenanted enviornment  MB (Qpid broker component ?)will take care of
creating individual queues in tenant specific way. I had a off line chat
with Danushka and he said this feature is already available in MB ( Qpid
broker component ? ) and requires minor re-factoring.

In this case I think CSG component it self doesn't have to worry about
creation of queues in tenant aware way.
