How to reproduce:
=============

1. Start esb in your localhost.
2. Add relevant mediation stat publishers to ESB instance.
3. Go to BAM add server page.
4. Add esb server as https://localhost:8243/esb.
5. Go to dashboard and check mediation data.

when add server using localhost no mediation data displayed. But once I add the server with IP, mediation data display was successful.
