Nope, You can not add an eventing server. If publisher is not available in WSAS side you will see an error dialogue, which indicates,"Error adding server. Failed to subscribe to https://10.1.20.56:9043/wsas/services/EventBrokerService".
And you will see "java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out" @ BAM  server console.
