Steps to reproduce:
================
1. Start to create a new synapse configuration
2. Select "Import synapse file from file system"
3. Browse for the attached synapse xml which includes a local entry
4. Click on finish

Check the CApp project. You will see null.xml resource as shown in the attached screen shot.
