Steps to reproduce:
===============
1. Add the following element in development state in the default service lifecycle

                            <ui forEvent="Promote" href="../lifecycles/pre_invoke_aspect_ajaxprocessor.jsp?preserveOriginal=false%26viewVersion=true"/>
                        </data>

2. Create a new service and add the service life cycle to the service. Click on promote. You will see the "Preserve Original" check box is selected.
