There must be a document with configuration guide lines following scenario. As it is a production use case in Identity Server

1. Identity Servers are configured in a cluster
2. Cluster has been fronted by load balancer ( Apache HTTPD server)
3. Secured (with authentication) entitlement Service is accessed via Load balancer. (PEP can be entitlement mediator in WSO2 ESB)
