[Builder] Jenkins build is still unstable: product-esb #887

Hi all,

Refined the the *MultipleRulesetPropertyTestCase.java *to catch the proper
Axis2 Fault error message - "Error Connecting to Back end", instead of
 "Read Timeout".

Find the corresponding PR at [1].
