[Builder] Jenkins build became unstable: siddhi__java8 #39

This was intermittently failing and fixed with
a9cda3d532657418cabd18f97f8c82fe005961a6.

The Siddhi query of the failing test case is having a aggregate function.
If all the events happen to be send in a one event chunk it results in
emitting a single event instead of two events, but it was expecting two
events. Fixed by increasing the time gap between the two input events to
stop from them being chunked.
