[Builder] Jenkins build is still unstable: carbon-event-processing__java8 #112

Hi Maheshika,

We have done some fixes to the test case by changing the port number
(because multiple tests were using the same port number) and fixing some
error handling issues within the test case. This should be fixed with
commit 316bee2ee4f28b8a9f417177d0d9afc94fa78ffa.
